Eshop specializes in selling interior accessories and other products with a letter theme.
A customer places a final order through the eshop's system. The order contains contact information of the customer, list of the ordered items and their prices. By finishing the order, the customer accepts the business terms and conditions in the current version. The contract is created the moment the eshop owner confirms the order.
The price of items is indicated on the eshop website in the moment of the order being sent off, and stated in the confirmation email sent off to the buyer by the eshop owner.
A fee of 125 Kč is charged as a postage and packing when delivered by Česká pošta, and 115 Kč when delivered by In Time.
With bigger orders, the fee can be decreased, and it can be increased based on the item’s bigger size or weight. In that case, we will inform you before sending off the item. A specific method of delivery or payment doesn’t have to be available for all of the orders, depending on the type of goods, additional services, weight and a total price.
Goods in the stock are dispatched usually on the next, no later than on the third, working day after receiving the order. We will dispatch the item once we’ve received online payment. The moment of delivery is when the item is accepted by the customer.
If we are not able to deliver the item in the time period stated on our website (availability), we will inform you about the delivery period in an email.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The customer is obligated to return the undamaged item to the eshop owner’s address during that time period, and inform about the intention to withdraw from the contract in email. Seller has the right to demand a financial compensation for any item returned damaged.
The seller is permitted by the customer to send any important business notifications to the customer's email address. The business notification sent by the seller involves only items regarding the seller’s business.
The customer has the right to anytime refuse to receive business notifications by sending an email toor via a link indicated in the business notification. The seller will in that case immediately cease sending off any other notifications to the customer’s email address.
