The money refund is possible if meeting these criteria:
The right to have money refunded can be applied up to 14 days after receiving the item.
The item can’t be damaged.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The customer is obligated to return the undamaged item to the eshop owner’s address during that time period, and inform about the intention to withdraw from the contract in email or a written form. The seller has the right to demand a financial compensation for any item returned damaged.

The returned item must be undamaged, if possible in the original packaging without any signs of usage or missing warranty cards or instructions. By meeting these requirements the refunded money will be send to your bank account, no later than 30 days after your withdrawal from the contract. The buyer doesn’t have the right to demand money spent for returning the item.
